Daniel Alton lost his life February 2, 2021 at a young 36 years of age fighting for the truly innocent ones. He was shot while serving a warrant in a violent crimes against children case. He joined the FBI in 2009 in Albany, NY and was transferred to the Miami Bureau in 2017. and was awarded the Directors Award for exceptional work in Operation Pacifier ~which busted those behind a child porn website.
HE was a member of the FBI Adjunct Faculty Program and certified to provide instruction to other FBI Agents and law enforcement officers in certain areas relating to child exploitation investigations.
He was proficient in the area of computer forensic and trained to perform computer forensics for the FBI. He was also recognized as an expert in federal court in areas relating to computer forensics and the investigation of child exploitation crimes. He had testified in federal court on more than 20 occasions, both as an expert and a lay witness.
He is survived by his wife and a child. May God ease their hearts #SaveOurChildren
